How the Messiah's name Yahshua Turned In to Jesus

How Did the Name Jesus Originate?

Introduction
Over the last ten years that the Power Latent In Man SHOW has been on cable, we have done 12 shows on various aspects of the Sacred and Holy Name of our Heavenly Father and His Son. The Power Latent In Man SHOW was one of the first shows (beginning in December 1990, on Chicago Access cable) to introduce the true and sacred name Yahweh and His Son Yahshua and uses them on a regular basis. The PLIM REPORT has also published over 6 articles on the true name and they are on the public side of our website. See http://www.plim.org/truename.html
Today many Christians and others assume that the Greek name Jesus was the original name of the Savior who was Hebrew.  If one does the research, one finds out that it is impossible for the Savior’s name to be Jesus.
What is the intent of this article?
The intent of this article is to investigate the origin of the Greek name Jesus and its erroneous transliteration of the Hebrew name of our Savior Yahshua.  Our Saviour’s Name in Hebrew is  IaHUShUA  (read from right to left). The English name “Jesus,” which later employed the letter “J,” is a derivation from Greek “Iesous” and the Latin “Iesus” version.
This name “Jesus” commonly used in Christianity today did not exist and would not be spelled with the letter “J” until about 500 years ago. This article will also discuss the grammatical errors involved in the transliteration of Yahshua into Greek and Latin, which radically changed the form of Yahshua’s name.

Another error that will be discussed in this article is that  “Yahshua’s name was not known to most translators at the time. Jewish Masoretic priests, around the 6th century A.D., created the name Jesus by changing the vowel point from the letter “a” to “e” in the Tetragrammaton YHWH. This resulted in changing the pronunciation from Yah to Yeh.
The priests continued the tradition, which was in effect at the time of the Messiah, of teaching the people that the name “Yahweh” was too sacred to pronounce, and to speak this name was blasphemy and punishable by death.  Most people and lower level priests were initially taught to say “Adonai” when they saw the name “Yahweh” or the tetragrammaton written.
PLIM recommends a number of excellent websites that provide extensive research on the name. (Note: This is not an endorsement of their dogma.) The Assembly of Yahweh has an excellent article that deals with the letter J called “THE MISSING J” http://www.yaim.org/missingJ.htm. There is also another website with an article entitled “Our Saviour’s Name” http://www.iahushua.com/ST-RP/name.htm and see http://www.yahweh.org.
Does the Letter “J” exist in Hebrew, Latin or Greek?
The answer to this question is no. In fact, there was no letter ‘J’ in  any language prior to the 14th century in England. The letter did not become widely used until the 17th century.
The Encyclopedia Americana contains the following quote on the J: “The form of ‘J’ was unknown in any alphabet until the 14th century. Either symbol (J,I) used initially generally had the consonantal sound of Y as in year. Gradually, the two symbols (J,l) were differentiated, the J usually acquiring consonantal force and thus becoming regarded as a consonant, and the I becoming a vowel.
It was not until 1630 that the differentiation became general in England.” Note in the original 1611 version of the King James Version of the Bible there was no “J” letter in this Bible for because it did not exist. James was spelled Iames. Jesus was spelled Iesous.
In the Hebrew alphabet there is no J letter or sound and it is shown follow: Read form right to left.”
The Greek alphabet shows that there is no letter J or sound.
Now the Oxford English Dictionary shows the derivation of the name “Jesus” as follow: “In ancient Latin Jesus is spelled Iesus, in ancient Greek (I-ee-sous), ad. late Heb. or Aramaic yeshua, Jeshua, for the earlier y’hoshua, Jehoshua or Joshua (explained as ‘Jah (or Jahveh) is salvation’: cf. y’shuah ‘salvation, deliverance’, and Matt. 1.21”
Here we see that in the ancient Latin and Greek languages “Jesus” was spelled with the letter “I” for there was no “J” in either of these languages. In Hebrew we know there is no J letter. So Jesus was originally spelled Yeshua, and y’hoshua. Note: Here the Messiah’s name was spelled in Hebrew two different ways due to the tradition of the Masoretic priests. They did not want to pronounce the sacred part of Yahweh’s name, so they changed the ‘Yah, to ‘Yeh, which will be discussed later in this article.
Webster’s New World Dictionary confirms the Oxford World Dictionary, but it shows the derivation of “Jesus” correctly transliterated in Latin, Greek, and Hebrew using the letters “I” and “Y,” showing that there was no J used in these original languages when the scriptures were translated into them.
“In Late Latin Jesus was original spelled Iesus; In Greek it was spelled Ièsous; and in ancient Hebrew spelled  “yÈshÙa,” which is a contraction of yehÖshÙa (Joshua), help of Jehovah < yÀh, Jehovah + hÖshïa, to help.”
Did the angels speak in Hebrew?
In the so-called New Testament of the Bible there were two instances where an angel and the spirit form of the Messiah appeared to humans and spoke to them in Hebrew. First, Gabriel spoke to Mary regarding her unborn son. Since Mary was Hebrew of the tribe of Judah (Lk. 1:27), Gabriel had to communicate to her in the Hebrew tongue, her native language, not Chinese or Greek, for she would not have been able to understand him. “And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with Elohim (God). And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS (Luke 1:30-31).” As shown in the Hebrew alphabet, there is no J in Hebrew (see alphabet on p. 8). So the question is what did the angel Gabriel say that the baby would be named?  It was impossible for him to say Jesus because Jesus is Greek for Yahshua.
In another instance, the Messiah appeared in spirit form and in a vision, to the Apostle Paul on the road to Damascus (Acts 9:1-7) and spoke in Hebrew.  Paul described what happened. “And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking unto me, and saying in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks (Acts 26:14).”
Paul asked this spirit, “Who art thou, Lord (Acts 26:15)?” The Messiah replied, “I am Jesus [in the King James Bible and most English Bibles] whom thou persecutest.”
One thing is clear. The Messiah knows His name and as was stated and repeated throughout this article it is impossible for him to have said Jesus as it is translated since Yahshua spoke to Paul in the Hebrew tongue.
Pontius Pilate wrote the name of the Messiah in Greek, Hebrew and Latin above His head on the cross when the Messiah was crucified.  Luke wrote the following:  “… an inscription also was written over Him in letters of Greek, Latin, and Hebrew: THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS (Lk 23:38-39).”
Traditionally,  most crucifixes (especially Roman Catholic)  have the Latin initials of the Messiah as follows “INRI,” which means “Iesus Nazarenus, Rex, Iudaeorum”. [Note: there is no letter J (for it did not exist at this time.)   This is translated into English and means “Jesus of  Nazareth, King of the Jews.”]
The French philosopher, historian, and religious scholar Ernest Renan stated in his book, The Life of Jesus, that the Savior was never called Jesus in His lifetime. Renan based his conclusion on his archaeological trips to the Holy Land in searching for inspiration and materials on the Savior.
What is the derivation of the name “Jesus”?
Any good dictionary will show the derivation or the history of the translation of Jesus through the various languages. All agree that the word “Jesus is a transcription or a copy of the Greek name … which is a derivation of the Hebrew Ieshoua, a common Jewish name” according to the book The Names and Titles of Jesus by Leopold Sabourin, S.J.
Is there an explanation of the error Yeh from Yah?
Now that it is clear that the Messiah’s name was not spelled with the letter J, there is another error that must be addressed.  Many misspell the Messiah as “yÈshÙa,” (which is a contraction for “yehÖshÙa.”).  The error is that it does not have the “Yah” part of the Father’s name in the translation.
In the King James Version of the Bible,  Psalm 68:4 clearly reveals  that the shortened  form of the Father’s name is “Jah.”  King David writes: “Sing to God, sing praises to His name; Extol Him who rides on the clouds, By His name JAH…” Since there is no j in Hebrew then “Jah” should be spelled Yah or Iah. So yehÖshÙa should be spelled yahÖshÙa.
The error of changing Yah to Yeh is due to the manmade tradition of the Jewish priests. Their reverence for the holy name caused them to believe that it was too sacred to pronounce.  So they changed the vowel points from a to e in the Tetragrammaton YHWH. This changes the pronunciation of the Tetragrammaton. The letter “a” was the correct vowel to be inserted between the YH obtaining YaH. This is short form of the sacred Name is in Yahshua.
To prevent this pronunciation, the priests changed the vowel points from an “a” to the “e” obtaining YeH.  This is how the letter “e” came to be in the Savior’s name “Jesus,” resulting today in the Jews spelling his name YEHshua.
Now the same error is explained in the Biblesoft’s Strongs New Exhaustive Strong’s Numbers and Concordance with Expanded Greek-Hebrew Dictionary.  It spelled Yahshua’s name with the letter e Yehowshuwa‘ (yeh-ho-shoo’-ah); or Yehowshu‘ a (yeh-ho-shoo’-ah); from OT:3068 and OT:3467 OT:3091; Jehovah-saved; Jehoshua (i.e. Joshua), the Jewish leader: -Jehoshua, Jehoshuah, Joshua. Now the ancient Greek use their alphabet to write and pronounce the “IE” as the shortened form of Yahweh’s name “Yah.”
What is the Importance of “ous” or “us” in Jesus’ name?
Now the “ua” ending in Yahshua’s name in Hebrew when transliterated into Greek is feminine singular, which presents a problem.  Thus, it necessitates a change when transliterate into Greek (so the reader in Greek could determine the gender of this name).
What most people do not understand is the ending “us” of Jesus name was setup to denote this in the transliteration into Greek and Latin. The “ous” and the “us” ending in the Greek name “Iesous” and the Latin name “Iesus,” respectively, denote the masculine singular gender in Greek and Latin respectively.
In most languages there are endings that denote gender as well as endings that denote singular or plural. (For example, in English we just add the letter ‘s’ to make a noun plural as in boys or girls. In Spanish gender is denoted by the last vowel of the word, such as chico-boy and chica-girl.)
Only the letters “Jes” in “Jesus’ name has any relationship to the Hebrew name Yahshua for the letters “us” denote gender.
This transliteration that observes Greek and Latin grammer further adds confusion to other errors in the transliteration of the name Yahshua.  Latin and English had  already seen  the results of the Jewish Masoretic priests changing the vowel points.
Finally, it also should be noted that Greek has no “sh” sound as in Yahshua Hebrew name.  To denote this “sh” Hebrew sound in the Greek, the letter “s” is used.
Thus, this article has examined all five of the letters in “Jesus” name and showed their derivation from Hebrew, Greek Latin and English.

Our Backyard Garden ~ So Far :) an Update Pics

My daughter is taking my camera on her mission trip, so we thought we would put in some update pics, because we haven't posted any in awhile :)

This is the beginning of our container garden behind our RV :)
It's a Tomato plant. The woman who owns the R.V. park said we couldn't have a garden , but she gave me permission to do it into containers. I was very thankful when she said that :)

She said "No" to the clothes line too, so I am going to ask her if we could put drying racks back there and bring them in the house when we are through. She has a laundry mat here though, so she may still say no :) but that's okay, we will improvise something :) What Plain person doesn't have a clothes line?  :(

The Old Testament predictions of the Messiah to come were so specific and so
clearly fulfilled by Jesus of Nazareth that both Jesus and Apollos used these prophecies to
prove to the Jews that Jesus was, indeed, the Messiah. There are more than 125 of these
prophecies. Let’s review just 12 of them:
1. Born in Bethlehem Micah 5:2 Matthew 2:1
2. Born of a virgin Isaiah 7:14 Matthew 1:18-23
3. Of David’s lineage Jeremiah 23:5 Revelation 22:16
4. Attempted murder by Herod Jeremiah 31:15 Matthew 2:16-18
5. Betrayal by a friend Psalm 41:9 John 13:18, 19, 26
6. Sold for 30 silver coins Zechariah 11:12 Matthew 26:14-16
7. Crucified Zechariah 12:10 John 19:16-18, 37
8. Lots cast for His clothes Psalm 22:18 Matthew 27:35
9. No bones broken Psalm 34:20; Exodus 12:46 John 19:31-36
10. Buried in rich man’s tomb Isaiah 53:9 Matthew 27:57-60
11. Year, day, hour of His death Daniel 9:26, 27; Exodus 12:6 Matthew 27:45-50
12. Raised the third day Hosea 6:2 Acts 10:38-40

Dr. Peter Stoner, former chairman of the departments of mathematics, astronomy, and engineering at Pasadena College (California), worked with 600 students for several years applying the “principle of probability” to the prophecies of the Messiah’s coming. They chose just eight from the many available and finally decided the chances of all eight being fulfilled in one man in a lifetime is one in 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.
What would the odds be on the more than 125 prophecies of the Messiah? It couldn’t just happen! Jesus fulfilled more than 125 Old Testament prophecies concerning the Messiah.

~Amazing Facts

The 66 books of the Bible were written:
1. On three continents.
2. In three languages.
3. By about 40 different people (kings, shepherds, scientists, attorneys, an army general, fishermen, priests, and a physician).
4. Over a period of about 1,500 years.
5. On the most controversial subjects.
6. By people who, in most cases, had never met.
7. By authors whose education and background varied greatly.

B. Yet, though it seems totally inconceivable,
1. The 66 books maintain harmony with each other.
2. Often new concepts on a subject are expressed, but these concepts do not undermine what other Bible writers say on the same subject.

C. Talk about astounding! Ask people who have viewed an identical event to each give a report of what happened. They will differ widely and will virtually always contradict each other in some way. Yet the Bible, penned by 40 writers over a 1,500-year period, reads as if written by one great mind. And, indeed,
it was: “Holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit” (2 Peter 1:21). The Holy Spirit “moved” them all. He is the real Bible Author.

The Bible says, “Therefore, if anyone is  in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have  become new” (2 Corinthians 5:17).
The changed lives of those who follow Jesus and obey Scripture constitute the most
heartwarming proof of Bible  inspiration. The drunkard becomes sober;
the immoral, pure; the addicted, free; the  profane, reverent; the fearful, courageous;
and the rude, kind.

An American skeptic was visiting an island whose natives were originally cannibals.
When he spotted an old man reading the Bible, he ridiculed him for reading a book
“full of myths which had already been exposed.” The native smiled at him and said, “My friend, be grateful we do believe this book. Otherwise, we would be serving
you for dinner.” The Bible really does change people, and this amazing fact confirms its inspiration.

Free Jinger Site

I want to warn my fellow Sisters with blogs about the site" Free Jinger". They are a pro-abortion, feminist, gay and lesbian site. They are against the GODly home and attack anyone doing so. They seek out Conservative Christians and Messianics and leave horrible, perverted comments. They just hit you with a ton of them to discourage you, and to make you close your blog down. They go on Christian/Messianic sites pretending they are one of you, just to go back to the Free Jinger site and say ungodly mockings that they call "snark". They go on prayer sites, to make fun of the people's prayers. They are very wicked and evil people.

If they start attacking you on your blog, the best thing to do is ignore them. Their comments may get worse and worse, but don't approve their comments or answer back to them. You can not reason with them, and if you try, it is just more fuel for them to continue to attack you, say even worse comments, and go back to the Free Jinger site and make fun of you.

So Sisters just ignore them, delete their comments and emails, and they will eventually get bored with you, and go to the next victim.

We know that the devil is out to attack us, and to try to stop our witness of the truth of Yahweh and His Word.

Eph 6:12  For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Eph 6:13  Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

So just continue your witness on your blogs and elsewhere Sisters, and don't let the enemy discourage you from what Yahweh has commanded us to do as wives and mothers. Continue to obey and keep the commandments in Scripture, and be thankful that we can be found counted worthy to suffer mockings for His name sake.

Joh 15:18  If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.
Joh 15:19  If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

Much Love and Shalom, Tabby

Following Man's Doctrines or Following Yahweh's

HalleluYAH Brother :) That is very similar to our family's experience when we left the Mennonite Church. Isn't it just amazing how the truth about GOD (Yahweh), is being shown to so many at this time in history.Truths that layed buried by the false teachings in the Christian churches for hundreds of years. Yahweh is preparing us for his soon return. He is blessing us with the true "meat" in His Word. The scales are just fallen off our eyes, and I find myself saying when I read the Scriptures,"Why didn't I see this before?"
It is very exciting to see the Ruach Hakodesh moving , and teaching us truth.
Our Heavenly Father teaches us. He is our minister and pastor. He is our Shepherd.
Joh 14:26  But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
I hear testimonies like this Brother's walk with Yahweh, and our experience, and many others, that GOD is showing us all the same things and same message.

Search the Scriptures friends. See if what your church is teaching, is the same thing Yahweh teaches us in His Word. Ask Yahweh to show you truth. We need to be prepared as His Bride for the return of our Bride Groom.

Mat 24:44  Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

The Joy of Yahweh Is Your Strength Sisters

Messianic Homeschooling Resources

I got these resources from the group I am on "Messianic Keepers At Home" .This is the link to the site  http://messianickah.ning.com/

They have allot of wonderful ladies there, that are encouraging and supportive.
Books and Curriculum:

Heart of Wisdom
this is really an excellent curriculum / teaching method that you can use with any curriculum written by Robin Sampson. It is addressed to Christians (so uses the names ‘God’ and ‘Lord’) but that aside, I highly recommend it, and it seems to be a wonderful witnessing tool - a lot of Christians who had not previously considered the ‘Hebrew Roots’ are coming into the movement as a result of this curriculum. The book ‘The Heart of Wisdom Teaching Method’ is very good. The book ‘A Family Guide to the Biblical Holidays” is also excellent.

Resurrection Resources Publishing
is a specifically Hebraic curriculum, which does use the Name. I haven’t had a look at the curriculum itself, but I’ve heard good reports. It uses the Scriptures version of the Bible as it’s basic Bible text.

Celebrations of the Bible
This is a Jewish Messianic curriculum for teaching about the Feasts. Prepare and Pray is a specifically hebraic curriculum. A 36-week unit study on survival skills and emergency preparedness, based on the original text of the story “The Swiss Family Robinson”. Again, I haven’t seen this, but I’ve read good reviews, and I would love to get this!

Celebrating our Messiah in the Festivals by Eagle's Wing's publishershttp://www.eagleswingsed.com/products/celebrating.html

Torah Resources:

There is a mixture of resources available for teaching children on the Torah portion. The following are Jewish or Messianic Jewish.

Akhlah
Jewish children’s educational site - very good, (but not Messianic)
http://www.akhlah.com/

Children’s Torah Club
Excellent study materials from “First Fruits of Zion”
http://ffoz.org/torahclub/children/index.html

Club Maccabee
messianic scripture teaching materials http://www.clubmaccabee.org/
Torah Portion colouring pages from Aish! (Jewish, not messianic)
Scroll down on the right hand side for colouring pages
"http://www.aish.com/torahportion/">
http://www.aish.com/torahportion/
Torah Tots educational website for Jewish children (Jewish not messianic)

http://www.torahtots.com/home.htm

Torah Truth Worksheets with Hebrew for each Torah portion, written by a homeschool mom. Excellent. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/TorahTruth

As with all resources, you need to use discernment, and eat the meat and spit out the bones.
It doesn't matter how many times you bless a twinkie, it's not going to make it healthy. It doesn't matter how many times you bless an unclean animal, it's not going to make it clean, fit for food.

Very Good Article on Passover From Robin at www.heartofwisdom.com

Why Are Christians Keeping Passover?

  • Passover is a Biblical Command
  • Passover Teaches us About Jesus
  • The Early Christians Observed Passover
  • The Seder is a Special Fellowship with God

Passover Teaches About Messiah

  • Jesus is the final Passover Lamb sacrificed to free us spiritually from the slavery of the sins just like the lamb had once been instrumental in physical deliverance of Hebrew slaves from bondage in Egypt.
  • Jesus shared the Passover meal with his apostles saying, “I have been very eager to eat this Passover meal with you before my suffering begins. For I tell you now that I won’t eat this meal again until its meaning is fulfilled in the Kingdom of God.” (Luke 22:15-16)
  • The Passover celebration is a memorial and tribute to Jesus for his great sacrifice and tortures that he suffered for the mankind.
  • The unleavened bread was to represent Jesus’ body and wine to represent his blood and the New Covenant. Jesus himself took the place of the traditional lamb.

The First Christians Observed Passover

  • Paul speaks of taking the physical reminders of Jesus’ body and blood (1st Cor. 11:23-34), we are told that as often as we do it we are to remember His death. What the Apostle is presenting in Hebraic terms is that we are not only to identify with Jesus in His death (Rom. 6; death to self; new life in Him).
  • The Bible holidays were commemorated by Jesus and His apostles – and continued to be observed by Jesus’ followers in the first century even after His death and resurrection.
  • The early believers in Jesus, both Jew and Gentile celebrated the Resurrection in the context of the Passover: Matthew 26; Mark 14; Luke 2, 22; John 2, 6, 11, 12, 13, 18, 19; Acts 12:4; 1 Corinthians 5:7.

The Passover Seder is a Special Fellowship with God

  • The Passover that Jesus celebrated before His death is a picture of the sacred banquet that is seen in Luke 13:28-30 and Rev. 19:6-9. God the Father, in Jesus, and Man at that Passover table, were eating and fellowshiping together. It’s the strongest possible picture of the Father’s friendship with us. In the ancient Middle East, if two hostile enemies ate at the same table they became the closest of friends. That’s how powerful table fellowship is.  (Avram Yehoshua)

Passover is a Biblical Command

Seven days thou shalt eat unleavened bread, and in the seventh day shall be a feast to the LORD.
Unleavened bread shall be eaten seven days; and there shall no leavened bread be seen with thee, neither shall there be leaven seen with thee in all thy quarters.
And thou shalt shew thy son in that day, saying, This is done because of that which the LORD did unto me when I came forth out of Egypt.
And it shall be for a sign unto thee upon thine hand, and for a memorial between thine eyes, that the LORD’s law may be in thy mouth: for with a strong hand hath the LORD brought thee out of Egypt.
Thou shalt therefore keep this ordinance in his season from year to year. (Exodus 13:6-10)

Did Easter Replace Passover?

Check in nearly any Bible help or encyclopedia to verify these facts:
  • Easter cannot be found in Scripture.
  • Easter was never instituted by God.
  • Easter was never sanctioned by Jesus Christ.
  • Easter was never taught by Christ’s apostles.
  • Easter was never observed by the early New Testament Church.
  • What do eggs and rabbits have to do with Christ’s death and resurrection? Easter history is that of pagan fertility gods and goddesses worship.

Easter and Passover

We had got our Passover Seder done last night. We had got our grape juice, bitter herbs, and unleavened bread ( triscuits) and one of those large foil turkey cookers for our basin :)
It is such a blessing to humbly and awe over how Yahweh, through out these thousands of years, is working out His plan. As we were going through each symbol , and prayed,I could feel and see in my mind the Passover Yahshua's had with His disciples.I always enjoy the feet washing part for our family and we had a visitor this year as well and it was their first Passover, so that was special to share it with them, and I pray they feel closer to Yahshua.

As I was walking through the store to get the items we needed for Passover, the store was full of the fertility goddess Easter, with her eggs and rabbits, but the sad thing was Christians getting those items and being so deceived that that would have anything to do with the Messiah being crucified and rose again. I wonder why can't they "see" this. They just blindly follow what everyone in the world and the world's churches are doing and celebrating, instead of looking up these things themselves, and finding out what easter is really about.

If you would like to leave the world's counterfiet holidays and learn the truth about what these holidays really mean, I encourage you to watch this video. It is worth the time, and I believe it will change your life.Yahweh commanded us to keep His Holy Days and not participate with the world's holidays.

Exo 12:14  And this day shall be unto you for a memorial; and ye shall keep it a feast to the LORD throughout your generations; ye shall keep it a feast by an ordinance for ever.
We are also commanded by Yahweh to teach Passover  to our children.

Exo 12:26  And it shall come to pass, when your children shall say unto you, What mean ye by this service?
Exo 12:27  That ye shall say, It is the sacrifice of the LORD'S passover, who passed over the houses of the children of Israel in Egypt, when he smote the Egyptians, and delivered our houses. And the people bowed the head and worshipped.
Exo 12:28  And the children of Israel went away, and did as the LORD had commanded Moses and Aaron, so did they.
I pray for everyone to be blessed. Now we are cleaning the house and getting all leaven out of the house to prepare for the Feast of Unleavened Bread this evening :)

  3. Claimed Talmud was equal with Torah in importance and authority
  4. Depicted Messiah Yeshua as false, non-Jewish and breaker of Torah
  5. Turned the glory of Messiah over to common men like Bar Kochba and Sabbatai; made the Sabbath the "Queen"
  6. Gave more importance to Maimondes words than Moses' words

Lord, help me to grow as the wildflowers grow
be it a meadow or a crack in cement.
Despite the terrain, be it good or bad,
let me know I am there by intent.
Instead of my sadly complaining within
regarding life's rough terrain,
May my face, too, look upward to you
through seasons of drought and rain.
Help me to bloom as the wildflowers bloom,
regardless of where I am placed;
wherever the spot You plant me, Lord,
let the air there be sweet with Your grace.
Someday a tired pilgrim may stop to rest
from carrying his heavy load
And thank my Creator for placing me there
to brighten that spot in life's road.

The Passover Seder Step By Step

http://www.eliyah.com/passoverservice-video.html

Eliyah will talk you through the Passover service to do with your family. So don't be nervous about doing anything wrong or not right, because Yahweh is blessed by our obedience to His appointed times (Feasts Days).
You can use this video to help you go along with the different emblems of Passover. Eliyah will read the scriptures and then tell you what to do next step by step :) So you need not worry about how to do it :)

Luk 22:15  And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer:
Luk 22:16  For I say unto you, I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God.

The Passover is not only symbolic and commanded because of  leading the Israelites out of Egypt ( Which is symbolic of us leaving the world) but is also of Yahshua as the Lamb of Elohim being sacrificed and taking our place on the stake, because He loves us so much.
Passover is a commanded Feast that we are to keep for all our generations.
You can find the full teaching about Passover on Eliyah's site at this link

Baptism

I watched Eliyah's teachings today on baptism. It was really good :) It is amazing how baptism and Yahweh and Yahshua's Holy name go together. It is so important to be baptized in Yahshua's name, and not Jesus, because Jesus is not His name. It would be the same thing as being baptized in the name of Bob.

Act 2:38  Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Yahshua Ha Mashiach for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Act 4:12  Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

You can go to Eliyah's site and watch the teaching on baptism. It seems so simple, yet it is so important. Our daughter was baptized by Eliyah last year at Feast and I am planning to get baptized this year. I hadn't been baptized in Yahshua's name yet either. I was baptized in Jesus name.Of course at the time, I didn't know I was being baptized in the wrong name. So maybe I will get to see some of ya'll this year at Feast ,and we can get baptized together ,those who haven't been baptized in Yahshua's name yet :)

This was my oldest daughter's baptism, It was such a blessing to me :*)

This is my middle daughters baptism. The water was VERY cold :) It was such a blessing.Erica is such a joy and gift from Yahweh as is each of our children <3

Now I hope when I get baptized at Feast,Yah willing, my youngest daughter will get baptized with me :)
That will be very special <3
